Eco-Bites: Savoring Sustanability from Plate to Planet

The “Sustainable Food for Green Minds” project is a two-year partnership between European educational institutions. Its main goal is to improve the skills of educators and promote sustainable food practices. They want to encourage using locally sourced, healthy food and sharing culinary traditions from different countries. The project aims to strengthen connections among stakeholders and promote innovative learning methods. Participants will gain new skills and build relationships with project partners.

Objectives:

  • promote cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity,
    excellence, creativity and innovation at the level of
    organisations in the field of education and training;
  • improve the competences and professional level of adult
    educators;
  • promote non-formal and informal learning and involve
    adult learners in different ages to the project activities
  • exchange good practices between
    ddifferent institutions working in adult
  • create project E-Book;
